We don’t just provide you with great burgers and BBQ: We also offer pallet furniture, beer garden sets, bar tables, flexible tents, and folding tents for your celebration. No matter if you’re planning an indoor or outdoor event, whether 50 or 500 guests are coming – with us, you can individually put together your own customized offer.
Inquire nowWell advised from the first moment: As soon as you contact us, we are at your side with advice and support on the subject of food truck catering. You will receive your personal contact person with whom you will be in close contact. We are of course very happy to support you in real time with the selection of dishes in your personal digital offer: How many dishes? How many drinks? We estimate the quantities very precisely. Perhaps we’ll even stop by to discuss what’s possible.
After you are happy with the offer and the order has been placed, the planning starts with us: Food prepared? Drinks chilled? Travel time calculated? Food buffer on board? Crew assigned? Technical safety check carried out? We provide the staff and take care of the organization of the trucks; so nothing can go wrong!
Everything under control: Even during your event, we control every step on site so that you can concentrate on the celebration. We organize the briefing and connections of the trucks, ensure compliance with the schedule and carry out test runs of the food distribution. After dismantling, we ensure a “broom-clean handover”.

A FOOD TRUCK NEEDS
Deluxe culinary delight: our juicy burgers will become your new favourites. They will fill your event guests to the brim – but won’t stop them from requesting our burger catering again the very next day. Whether that’s because of the freshly baked brioche buns, the juicy dry-aged beef, the melted cheddar cheese or the sensational original American food truck catering is up to you to decide.
Nothing happens in less than six hours: when the Beefbusters invite you to a low ‘n’ slow BBQ, the high-quality, regional meat for your celebration has been cooked for a particularly long time at a low temperature in the smoker. That’s exactly why it melts so tenderly on the tongue and tastes incomparably smoky.
If you need something to accompany your Beefbusters burgers and BBQ, our street food experts recommend our fries and side dishes. Whether it’s fresh chips with the skin on, sweet potato fries or Texas coleslaw – these side dishes would also make an excellent main course.
Inspired by overseas: If your guests still have room, we recommend one of our delicious sweets – whether chocolate brownie, blueberry cheesecake or marshmallow lollipop.
No street food catering is complete without drinks: our “bar” offers a delicious selection of soft drinks and beers, from Corona Beer and Brewdog Craft Beer to Blueberry Ice Tea and a delicious bottle of Pepsi Cola. We even have organic lemonade on offer.
Our Beefbusters food trucks can actually be parked anywhere. However, they prefer to position themselves on private property or company premises. And in public spaces it looks difficult from time to time – but even in gardens, driveways or on public roads we are allowed to serve. It’s not called street food for nothing!
Absolutely. For your food truck catering, we can individually adapt everything to any intolerances and are happy to fulfill further special requests for you. If there are allergy sufferers or diabetics among your guests, just let us know. They will then receive appropriate menus and dishes from us. And luckily, all children love fries, sausage, and ketchup on the menu!
Of course, after the completed event catering by invoice. Things like cash payment on site or similar do not exist with us. You pay the first 50% as a deposit, and the rest comfortably after successful completion.
Of course – immediately after your signature and the review of the offer by us, you will receive a confirmation of your order from us.
As a rule, we need a lead time of about two weeks, otherwise there may be capacity bottlenecks. But now and then we also have time spontaneously – so just try it and contact us. If we are still available, we will take care of your request within the following 24 hours.
It’s as easy as you can imagine. Just give us a call or send us an inquiry. Then you fill out our form, receive an offer, sign – and zack, your food truck is booked.
Theoretically, our event catering can start for your celebration with as few as 15 guests. What matters here are the minimum order quantity and minimum spend – which is why events are usually most viable for us with 50 guests or more. But feel free to contact us individually, and we’ll let you know.
Of course! Often our food truck caterings also take place in warehouses of companies, courtyards or exhibition halls. All our trucks are tested accordingly in terms of gas and electronics and are suitable for indoor use. You have a power outlet? Let’s go!
Of course not. As a rule, we use compostable organic disposable tableware in our American food trucks. If something else is desired, we can gladly take care of it and take care of an alternative.
Yes – at most of our Beefbusters locations there are daily businesses where you can arrange a tasting before the food truck catering.
A classic snack wagon is not suitable to be used as a burger and BBQ food truck. Snack wagons are usually produced much inferior – our American food trucks, on the other hand, are a rolling high-end gastronomy kitchen with stainless steel shell and high-quality equipment. So you get not only high-quality, fast food but also a great American vehicle!
Very hygienic – our food trucks are even cleaner than most ordinary kitchens. In addition to the standards of a gastronomy kitchen such as hand wash basins, paper and disinfectants, we have subsequently installed a complete stainless steel shell and a kitchen cast floor from the inside.
From our headquarters, we can plan a catering within 24 hours. If you have more time, we will of course also take more time.
We have clear rules: Up to eight weeks before the planned food truck catering event, you pay 30% cancellation fee. If you want to cancel the catering after that, unfortunately the full amount is due.
Sure, we are not called the improvisation busters for nothing! In this case, our service staff simply set up tents or find another solution together. With this offer, we work with a minimum purchase – so a bar sale is also possible, where you determine the prices.
Of course – on your property you can do what you want. Therefore, the answer is: You are not only allowed to, you should even!
Yes, but that is very individual. It depends on which day your catering takes place – whether on a weekday or on the weekend. As a rule, you can say: Towards the weekend, the minimum turnovers are a bit higher.
No. It is completely sufficient if we communicate beforehand how much space the truck needs. However, if you are still unsure after our phone call, we will be happy to come by and measure the available space. As a rule, a length-width measurement of the area is sufficient to assess whether everything “fits”.
We calculate by the hour – including setup and dismantling. You don’t have to pay for the trip and the cleaning.
Very classic – on invoice, after the event.
Yes, that is possible. We have numerous alternatives for vegans and vegetarians – whether burgers, fries or coleslaw.
Our service vehicle is ready for use 24 hours a day and ensures that you do not have to worry about technical matters.

Distance rules, masks, disinfection: Our hygiene concept is always up to date and guarantees a safe food distribution for all participants.
A very individual question: After consultation with us, we will be happy to put together a fair overall package tailored to your event. The exact price depends, among other things, on the number of trucks, the type and quantity of food and drinks. Just contact us!
Our many years of experience have taught us not to be stingy. That’s why we plan the portions generously – high-quality street food wants to be enjoyed.
Our food trucks roll in about one to two hours before the start. However, the responsible event manager/truck manager is fully responsible for the setup, so you don’t have to worry about anything.
